Enter your VALORANT sensitivity and do a short 3D routine: flicks to dots and characters, tracking, following a line between dots, micro-adjustments and target switching. It turns exactly like the game, so your hand gets used to it before your first match.

How to warm up well
Start easy and build up: static targets first, then characters, and finally tracking and the line, which need the finest movement.
Mix the three kinds of aiming: flicks (getting to a target fast), tracking (following something that moves) and target switching. That's what the Aimlabs and Aiming.pro guides recommend.
Trigger discipline and calm: shoot once your crosshair is already on the head, not while you're still getting there. A rushed shot that misses costs more than waiting a moment and hitting, which is why missing or shooting early costs you in those two exercises.
Warming up is not training: aim for a loose hand and precision, not records. If you miss a lot, slow down.
Then a few minutes in the in-game Range with your weapon, and play: that way the feel from the warm-up sticks.
You shoot like with the Vandal: 9.75 rounds per second (clicking faster doesn't fire more), 0.25° first-shot spread, and 160 damage to the head, 40 to the body and 34 to the legs at any range. Characters have 150 (100 health and 50 heavy shield): one to the head or four to the body.
It turns exactly like the game (0.07° per mouse count per unit of sensitivity and a 103° field of view), and the running characters move at rifle running speed, 5.4 m/s. Hitboxes and camera height are approximate: Riot doesn't publish them. There's no recoil or spray spread: every shot here is a single tap.
